Are your tours private?

The Peninsula and Winelands tours are private experiences for your party. Transport for the Aquila safari is shared, and the reserve game drive is usually shared. Ask us to confirm the arrangements and any private game drive upgrade options before booking.

Can you collect us from our accommodation?

Peninsula and Winelands tours include return travel from your Cape Town accommodation. Share your pick-up address when enquiring so we can confirm the arrangements. Safari pick-up outside the central Cape Town area may require a separate quote.

What is included in the price?

Entrance fees, attraction tickets, tastings, boat experiences and safari reserve fees are not included in the tour price. Meals, drinks and gratuities are also extra. We’ll confirm the full cost before you book.

How do payment and cancellation work?

We usually require a 20% deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining 80% payable 7 days before travel. Payment and cancellation terms may vary depending on the tour or supplier, so the team will confirm the applicable payment schedule and cancellation policy for your chosen tour before you pay. Any bank charges are for the guest’s account.

Can you arrange a custom tour or transfer?
